Zinc coatings are applied in accordance to the EN ISO 1461 Standard under control of the introduced quality assurance system confirmed by the ISO 9001 : 2000 Certificate.

The Hot Galvanizing Plants are equipped with the galvanizing pots with overall dimensions (length x width x height):

• 5,0m X 1,4m X 2,5m
• 4,5m X 1,3m X 2,2m
• 1,0m X 1,0m X 1,3m

We also have the galvanizing centrifuge that enables applying the zinc coatings on the small elements excluding screws.

The technological processes are controlled by the advanced computer system that guarantees their stable parameters and the high quality of coatings, as well.
