HIGH – TEMPERATURE GALVANIZING

High-temperature galvanizing process is a variant of hot-dip galvanizing process. Thanks to the low viscosity and raised running quality zinc, molten to temperature of 520-620 degrees Celsius, we get elements prepared for assembly without the necessity of additional treatment. That technology is the best method of anticorrosive protection of elements which are in charge of safety and which are exposed to work in high strain.

High-temperature technology eliminates zinc feed heads, guarantees slot’s and threads’ permeability, ensures recurrence of coating parameters. That method fill in the gap between electroplating, galvanizing and low-temperature galvanizing, simultaneously eliminating their defects, such as: worse electroplating coating resistance, zinc lower running quality in the traditional hot-dip galvanizing method. In comparison with low-temperature galvanizing method (all the more electroplating galvanizing) obtained coatings are much more corrosive and mechanically resistant.

We applied the newest machines and technologies in our galvanizing plant. The chemical treatment and galvanizing processes are fully automated. Computer controlled process ensures complete recurrence of executed processes. When designing the new galvanizing plant we used many years of experience in applying the protective coatings. We provide the most modern high-temperature galvanizing plant in this part of Europe at your disposal.

Safety and recurrence of processes

Preparation of elements to galvanizing process as well as galvanizing process itself are conducted according to parameters established individually for particular elements. Computer control of the processes related to elements preparation and galvanizing process guarantees safety and recurrence. The galvanizing process itself and centrifuging of elements were robotized.

Besides low- and high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing we offer you a wide range of electroplating coatings: galvanizing and phosphatizing, nickel-plating, zinc-nickel-plating, mechanical zinc plating, eloxal, cooper plating, silver plating and low temperature hot-dip galvanizing of details up to 7 m long. We also offer bulk breaking and packing elements according to your needs. We provide our 3000 square meter area of warehouses at your disposal.
